UPDATED SUB INFORMATION – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Class Durations & Pricing: Subs( Paula , Maria, Martina , and Dree ) will now only offer 40 minute , 30-minute, and 20-minute lessons. Head sub (Nadia) and Coach assitants( Michelle and Tamia ) can take 45 min lessons New pricing structure: 45 minutes: $23 40 minutes: 20 30 minutes: $17 20 minutes: $12 30 miniutes sing along classes $10 60 minutes-Only lessons for SCHLORSHIP STUDENTS- coaches can take hour students for 20$ ----- (Chris ,Shreya , Julianne, Sophia, Eric , Lisa, Vico and John only Schlorship PRice ): $20 Reason for Price Change: The reduction in rates is due to fluctuations in foreign currency exchange values. Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled lesson unless there is an emergency. Any missed time must be rescheduled with the sub within 1 week. If a student does not show for class you can teach the assitant coaches instead Sub Responsibilities: When subbing, you must: Notify us via Chatzy when you start and finish each lesson. Send a brief summary in Chatzy detailing: What you worked on Student’s progress Direct Bookings: If a student books you directly, you may set your own price. These lessons are considered outside our network, meaning: The student is responsible for paying you directly. You are responsible for managing your own payments and finances. These sessions are not affiliated with Nina or her company. Important: If you are found soliciting or taking on an existing student without Nina’s approval, your contract will be terminated immediately. You do not need to send notes for direct/private students. Payroll Info: Hours and earnings must be submitted every Monday by 6:00 PM EST to: 📧 spny28@gmail.com Payday is every other Friday. If you miss the 6 PM deadline, your pay will be delayed until the following payday. Additional Notes: Nadia you get a 100$ yearly bonus in January Tamia & Michelle: You will receive class credits and are able to take on your own students 10$ for 20-45mins 15$ for hours It is important that Tamia and Michelle (our “teacher assistants”) attend certain classes. They help us track student needs and maintain consistency by staying familiar with each student's history and progress.
